Our Story

SPARC-UP was born out of frustration — and a deep love for movement.
After years of playing sport professionally and working in the building industry, Ryan followed his passion into fitness coaching. But what he found shocked him: overpriced group training, zero flexibility, and little focus on helping everyday people build a lifestyle that lasts.
He saw firsthand how the “one-size-fits-all” model was failing — burning people out, keeping them dependent, and offering little support beyond the workout.
So, he decided to do it differently.
That’s how SPARC-UP was created: a space where community meets customisation, and where every person is empowered to train in a way that fits their life — not the other way around.
