At SPARC-UP Fitness, we offer two types of membership options:

Off-Peak Membership provides access during quieter times, Monday to Thursday from 7:25am to 6:10pm, Friday from 7:25am - 9:20am and on Saturday with sessions at 5:50am, 8:10am, and 9:20am. It’s perfect for those who want to avoid the crowds while still achieving their fitness goals.

On-Peak Membership gives you access to all hours, any day. Whether you’re an early riser or prefer to train later, this membership lets you work out whenever it’s convenient for you.
